Karolina Schmid has worked as a university lecturer, author and creator of countless teacher training programs for the fitness and physical therapy industries including the Visceral™ method for Pilates and Yoga professionals.

Her yearly in-person teacher training programs for Pilates and Yoga have attracted participants from all over the globe who travel to Switzerland to become graduates in the acclaimed Visceral™ approach. Over 10 000 students have successfully taken Pilateswiss instructor training programs since 1999 and are active in 24 countries around the world.

Her studios are amongst the most sought out in the industry, simultaneously catering to the rehab and luxury markets. Since the Covid pandemic, she and her team have launched the PILATESwiss ONLINE academy bringing Swiss quality to teachers and avid students keen to integrate the Visceral™ approach into their Pilates and Yoga practice.

This course is specifically designed for post-natal women looking for an evidence-based and gentle program to recover from birth, rebuild strength, address common postpartum issues, and regain confidence safely and effectively.

How does it work?

Pilateswiss Post-Natal Visceral Pilates Recovery is designed to be completed online in your own time at your own pace. The program can start the moment you enroll and consists of 10 half-hour sessions, including 4 full length recovery workouts. Watch the videos as often as you like, follow the workouts on a regular basis and start seeing results.
